We are greeted warmly, every time we go. The service is good and you know the run is real because you can see how far the wait staff have to run to complete their missions. I like attentive staff, like Emma, who served us on our last two trips there. The food, what I have had there, is good, but there for only three days of the week is an offer, the prime rib special. It is perfect for a big blast of pure joy in eating. Unashamedly, I can say it was great to put a big dent in that well-seasoned piece of meat.

First time there, been wanting to try it for awhile. So, we went for our 18th anniversary. Made the reservation, we arrived 30 mins early, lol. So, checked out the menu for a minute, still had 20 left, seated very quickly. Server came, got our drinks, very nice young lady. The food, I wanted the Weekend Prime Rib special, but they were out...?? So I ordered a 14oz ribeye. Cooked perfect, it was, surprised too, for being barely a half inch thick and NO flavor, no salt, no pepper..just thrown on the flame. Then the amount of fat I couldn't eat. For $33, I really expected better, my fault, you know how assumptions go. 🤨 Husband's mini pizza, doughy, thought the burger patty came from Sonic, so thin. All bread. But the drinks were good! The server was pleasant, music was good and the ambience was very warming, but the food disappointed me. We will be going elsewhere for Valentines. 😟 You can never really get a good steak anywhere, so I guess if I'm gonna spend that kinda dollar on one, I'll just stay home and let my husband fix it. 😉 Quality, quantity, price & service will be to my liking..and I love watching him cook. ☺️Backyard steaks are always the best anyway.

Don’t bother making a reservation. We showed up 15 min before our time, and were told 10-20 min, but we’re seated until 20 min after our reservation time. This impacted the timeline of the rest of our evening.

Absolutely love BJs! Our waiter was excellent & atmosphere was amazing! Pretty great food too! Recommend to everyone!

Service was not good- server was very slow. Restaraunt was messy- napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor, many tables not bussed or cleaned off. They must have been understaffed but the food was good.

The environment was lively. We were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. Amazing service.

Everything was wonderful, except our service. The waitress was very kind and friendly but she was not very attentive or punctual. Our reservation was for a for a birthday celebration and the restaurant was at 50% capacity and very busy. It took way too long to be given menus, drinks, food, and silverware. Our entire stay was just over 3 hours and not in any way due to our slow reluctance to leave the celebration but due to the timing to receive the necessary service to enjoy our dinner. I would have expected to be there at most an hour and a half but more than 3 hours was not ideal. In turn this ended up causing the other evening plans to be canceled due to being late. The Mgr/Waitress did set up the table with the provided decorations and even placed the candles in the desert as requested but, I was definitely disappointed in our unfortunate timing delay.
