Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. This was the 3rd time trying to get into Bjs. The first time, we waited over 1.5 hours after being told a 30 min wait went in to check, and they "forgot about us" so we left. The 2nd time we were told 15 min, wait again went into check, and the hostess told 2 others in front of me 15 min wait as well,she then tells me there is 6 other parties in front of me and the wait would be about an hour. Again, we left. This was at 630 pm. Didn't get a text that our table was ready until 8:39 pm. These 2 were on the call ahead wait list. Now, this time, we made the reservation about 5 hours before we got there waited about 2 mins, then got seated. Vibes were energetic & loud. Clean tables and our server was nice. Waited about 40 mins for our food. Our vegetables were undercooked, but all our food was flavorful. After bringing the food, we ate in about 20 mins. Our server, however, never came to check on us, and we had to wait an additional 30 Mins for her to come back so we can get boxes, the check, & dessert to go order since the kids were tired. Our server did look stressed and was waiting on about 2 other large party tables when there were about 4 other servers standing in a group talking. When we got home, our 4 dessert pazzookies were burnt, and we didn't eat them because the burnt flavor was too strong. Good for drinks, wouldn't go back for food.

Nice cool place to dine with friends. Server was very pleasant and helpful in choosing desserts, and promptly brought refills without us asking. We all enjoyed the food without feeling rushed and will return again for Thursday specials.

We had six people in our party. Our server Aaliyah came to our table quickly after we were seated. Took our drink and appetizer order, delivered our drinks and appetizer in a timely fashion. We ordered our entrees and enjoyed all of our choices. We were checked on appropriately by Aaliyah. Empty dishes were cleared as needed. Desserts ordered and delivered. We were very impressed by our server Aaliyah. Probably the best service I have had in the last two years. Very impressed. Definitely will come back. Hopefully Aaliyah will be working.

how is it every-time I book a reservation 2+ days in advance they say we don't have a reservation or they seat parties who reserved same day before me and I gotta deal with getting a smaller table or separate tables due to lack of taking accountability?

Went there for my son’s birthday and made a reservation. It took 30 minutes for our server to come over and ask to take our drink order. Not attentive whatsoever, nor friendly. Food was ok, expensive for what you get. An okay, not great, experience.

Great waitress, quick service, everything was pretty good but the pizza was only warm not hot.

Reserved at opening of same day we went to BJs. Seated within a few minutes of arriving at restaurant. Polite and prompt table service by Yeni, with Manager also checking in with us. Thank you :)

Overall we were somewhat satisfied. We waited about 15 minutes after our reservation time. It seemed there were not enough severs to handle the amount of people. Our server was kind, but kept forgetting requested items. The food looked great but the philly cheese steak sandwhich had meat that was really dufficult to chew. (Silver skin left on slice) We were celebrating a birthday. (We indicating that in our reservation) Unfortunately, no one from BJ team wished us a Happy Birthday.
