    Whats the point of making a reservations if you have to wait almost an hour to get your table.

    In general I like this restaurant for its intimate booths and overall value. Unfortunately, our experience on Christmas Eve was disappointing. We had a reservation at 7pm and waited 30 minutes to be seated. The front area was overwhelmed by people and felt like a TSA airport situation - without any structure. The server tried his best to be attentive, but the kitchen was totally backed up. We got our appetizers and drinks pretty quickly, but the entrees took an extremely long time. Not sure why the restaurant continued to accept new "take out" orders when they couldn't manage the business they had.

    We reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. We were seated reasonably quickly, given the large crowd. However, although we were seated by 6:45, we did not get to start dinner until 8 p.m. because the food did not arrive. More chefs, more waitresses are badly needed or people will go elsewhere. The food was good. The wait to receive the food was too long!

    The Cattle Company is one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate special occasions. This year we chose to have our Christmas dinner at your restaurant. We were fortunate to have a dining time of 6:15 pm. We were happy to be seated with little waiting time. Menu has a good selection for everyone in the family and the food is consistent. Would love to see some Christmas desserts or drinks added to the menu to add some Christmas cheer.

    We had reservations for 6 pm, checked in and was told it would be a couple minutes. We had to go back to the hostess stand at 6:22 to request status of our seating and was seated right away. What's the purpose of making reserverations if you don't get seated right away. We were given a free cheesy bread for this inconvenience. Appetizers came quick but had to wait for ever for our entry. The only thing that was good was the waiter. He was very attentive and apologetic for the delay. He even brought clean utensils since the first 2 sets appeared dirty.

    Wait time was a little longer than expected but it was due to short kitchen staff. Food was excellent as usual. Everything came out hot, but just not on time! But it’s okay we love black angus!
