Black Forest Restaurant is an authentic European bistro with dishes that hail from all over the great continent. In addition to a fantastic selection of international meals, Back Forest also has a fully stocked bar with beverages from around the world. There is an extensive collection of both wine and beer imported from Germany, Spain, Italy, France and more.Black Forest's menu starts with appetizers like Pacific shrimp cocktail, escargot "chablisienne", British Columbia smoked salmon and soups like lentil, French onion and goulash. One of the most popular dishes on the menu is, in fact, the mermaid dinner salad. This is made with sautéd tiger prawns in a white wine, garlic and mushroom sauce on top of a traditional Caesar salad. Some of Black Forest's other entrées are the schnitzel champignon, rack of lamb, Bavarian bratwurst and a classic surf n' turn with ribeye and lobster tail.
