Blacklock Shoreditch is set an old furniture factory in the heart of London’s East End. Expect the usual highest quality meat from Phillip Warren in Cornwall for unbeatable value and always lots of fun.

On Sundays it's our award winning Sunday Roasts, almost as good as Mum’s.

Maya was personable and attentive and the right pitch for us. Thank you. The guy that brought the bill for us was a great personality! A couple of the other people that served us could be more friendly and a bit warmer. The service experience would then have been consistent.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Buzzing ambience. My partner had ribs to start which he enjoyed. Had the three roast meats and side of cauliflower cheese. The meat was flavoursome but the pork was very fatty. Staff attentive and refilled the gravy which was delicious. The dinner plates are small so had to eat meal in stages. Would have been great if food was hotter and plates warmed as food got cold very quickly, which was a shame. Big portion of white chocolate cheesecake which is homemade and delicious. If I visit again would have single cut of meat.

Very attentive and informative staff, perfectly cooked and brilliantly seasoned meat, cooked to our preferences. Generous sides packed full of flavour. Creative and delicious cocktails. We treated ourselves to the cheesecake and the grandma style serving lived up to its name. Amazingly good value overall and a delightful experience. Replicates the feeling of a decent New York steakhouse, no stuffiness, just a passion for food and looking after people.
