Embark on a culinary adventure unlike any other at BLACKOUT, a fascinating dining experience just off the Las Vegas Strip. Sitting in total darkness, your sense of taste and smell are completely heightened as you feast on a plant-based, multi-course, mystery meal of wonderful specialties.

Upon arrival at BLACKOUT, you're greeted by the friendly and entertaining staff. Next, you're led into the pitch-black dining room where your meal can begin. Taste and touch your way through a delicious lunch or dinner, one dish at a time.

At the end of your meal, the staff escorts you back to the lobby. Head back out into Vegas happy that you've had a truly unique sensory experience that you won't soon forget.

The Blackout dining experience is $99.95/per guest and includes admission and a seven course prix-fixe dinner.

Due to popular demand, reservations for BLACKOUT's Dining in the Dark are required.

    For a culinary adventure like no other, treat yourself to BLACKOUT "Dining in the Dark", an innovative dining experience off the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy a multi-course dinner in total darkness and allow your sense of taste, touch, sound and smell to heighten. You will experience great food and dinner conversation like never before, all while you taste and touch your way through your 7-course dinner, one plate at a time. Dinner is $99.95 per guest and alcoholic drinks are available a la carte. Due to limited seating, we require a deposit of $20.00 per guest when booking this reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation in order to have your deposit refunded.

    The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. Hunter was great. Def recommend for occasion. Esp good for a first date.

    We weren't sure what to expect, but we decided to give this unique dining experience a try. Blackout did not disappoint. The food was interesting and delicious, made more so by the very unique atmosphere. When they say dining in the dark, they aren't kidding! It is PITCH black. They go to great lengths to create an atmosphere of trust so that you can enjoy the experience and surrender to it. No gotcha dishes or weird surprises. Our server, Cheyenne, was outstanding. She paid special care to get us through in time to see a show we had booked later. We got through the meal in an hour, where it usually takes about 90 minutes. She kept track of the the time and took great care of us. We're already planning to go again next time we're in Vegas.

    The experience was amazing! Carlos, our waiter, was very descriptive & helpful throughout the evening We will definitely do this again when we go back to Vegas!

    Took my wife and we were both taken by Suprise from the whole experience. They eventually show you at the end of the menu you were eating from.

    Second time here. I liked most things and the experience. The noise level was a little loud this time as we were surrounded by several waiters a guest.

    My wife chose this for her birthday day dinner which I was all in for! We are adventurous eaters and looked forward to this and it didn’t disappoint! Experience is all about the environment and they do a great job! I’m not going to spoil this for you or them, but will say go ahead and trust the process, you won’t regret it!! While it’s a spendy meal, drinks are fantastic as I enjoyed one of the best old fashioneds that I’ve ever had. Food quality is exceptional and flavors are on point! It’s a seven course meal w dessert to close. So if you’re open to a new experience that will heighten your senses and keep you guessing throughout, give this a try! Most fun at end when they share the menu with you after the meal is over….until then, it’s unknown and fun to figure out what’s on the plate.

    A must do. It’s amazing how difficult it is to identify food when you can’t see it. I would suggest purchasing the wine pairing.

    Definitely a different experience eating in pitch black. the waiter will explain how to eat but won’t tell you what it is definitely enough food to get full by the end and the dessert was amazing. Cool to test your taste buds and see if you can guess the menu. I would recommend at least once to most people

    My second visit to BLACKOUT was just as awesome as the first. I brought 2 first-timers with me and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience as well. 7 vegan courses…we loved 5 out of 7; however, to experience a mystery meal in the dark is 10/10. I can’t forget the flawless service from Chris, our guide and server in the dark. I’ll always suggest this experience to friends and family visiting Las Vegas.
