Situated in the heart of la Roma, Blanco Colima is a restaurant located in one of the most iconic buildings of the end of the Porfiriato with an unbeatable architectural framework. A space opened to culture, art and gastronomy.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

    Great experience! Our family enjoyed the restaurant and food. We were there celebrating our newborns one month. Baby slept the entire time while we indulged in delicious food and drinks.

    Felt more like a club than a restaurant. It seemed very hip by the DJ was so loud it was very difficult to have a conversation or enjoy the food.

    Al principio nos habían puesto en una mesa muy triste, en un balcón de solo dos mesas, aislados de todo y no nos gustó, aunque yo no quería tampoco un ruidero y es lo que había pedido. Sin embargo pedí ver si había otra mesa disponible y con gusto me movieron. El mesero fue siempre super amable y la comida exquisita.

    El lugar está muy bonito, la atención muy bien, pero el servicio muy lento, como media hora para tomarnos la orden y otra media hora para traernos nuestros alimentos.

    Desde el momento en que entramos, supimos que este lugar era especial. El ambiente es simplemente hermoso: cada detalle, desde los muebles hasta la iluminación, está cuidadosamente pensado para crear una experiencia acogedora y elegante.
