Incredibly disappointing experience. Server seemed totally disinterested. Got our order incorrect, brought one entree out with one appetizer. The second appetizer came out with two other entrees. The last entree was delayed by ten minutes. Didn’t correct the bill. Food was mediocre. Will definitely find better options in the area next time.

I recently dined at Blend and, unfortunately, had a highly disappointing experience. Despite making a reservation for 9:00 PM in the main dining area, we were escorted upstairs to the bar and told to wait until our table was ready. This resulted in lingering aimlessly for 20 minutes, which raises the question—why accept reservations if guests are still expected to wait without proper accommodation? When we were finally seated, it was not in the main dining area as reserved but on the rooftop terrace. While the terrace was warmed by thermal heating lamps, it was still uncomfortably cold, and we had to keep our coats on throughout the meal. The service was particularly poor. We were never given silverware or napkins, our water was not refilled once, and our server only checked on us a single time. A large birthday party seated near us seemed to be struggling with the same lack of attention, making the experience feel even more disorganized. As for the food, it was the one redeeming factor—I'd rate it a 4 out of 5. However, everything else about the experience overshadowed that. Service was so inattentive that we likely could have walked out without paying, and to top it off, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added for a party of two, which felt entirely unearned given the lack of service. Overall, this was an absolute waste of time and money. I would never return, nor would I recommend Blend to anyone looking for a well-managed and enjoyable dining experience.
