Incredible experience, perfect service and food, amazing atmosphere, John the waiter and the team did everything to make us feel special and enjoy the food. I highly recommend Blu at the Hudson for any occasion it’s a very special place.

The wait staff was excellent, the oysters were good. Everything else was mediocre at best. I had the Filet Mignon, it was dry and tasteless,

Food was amazing, ambience was impressive, the dinning tables in the lobby are a bit weird, but the service was impeccable. Would go again!

got there a little past my time reserved but the lady kindly gave me and my wife a seat food was 10/10 service 10/10 everything was just really great roasted chicken and chicken parm 10/10!!

Overall, the food and service were great. We were seated quickly upon our arrival and our server arrived almost immediately. We started with cocktails that did not disappoint, and the Wagyu "Bacon" & Basque Style Shrimp appetizers were an excellent start. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Rigatoni Bolognese - the pasta was cooked to al dente perfection and the wagyu was a tasty and pleasant addition. I enjoyed the Wagyu Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce - it was cooked perfectly; tender as can be, and the sauce was the perfect accompaniment. I also ordered a side of the Truffle French Fries with Truffle Crema & dusted with Pecorino cheese - Excellent!!! We are both looking forward to a return trip when the weather will allow us to sit outside and enjoy the NYC skyline while dining!!

Made this reservation for my parents for their anniversary & they had a great time! It was there first time going & they had a great time!! Thank you once again for treating them so well

My steak was over seasoned and the mashed potatoes were soup! Tuna tartar app was rubbery and the tiramisu was not fresh. Do not think it was work $185 for two people. Restaurant was empty for the most part but for some reason they sat 4 tables all around us so we were all crowded together. I heard a few people complain about that as well. Huge restaurant and they stuck everyone in one corner.
