I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends at Blue on the Hudson. The service was top tier. We had a waiter named Brandon. He was absolutely attentive to our whole party. He helped us navigate and make menu selections a breeze. Even down to the cocktail menu. Everyone at my table was throughly satisfied with the food and drinks. I totally recommend this place. If your looking for something upscale then this is the place to go.

Blu is an exceptional experience time and time again. From being greeted by Danny, to the wonderful front desk and incredible wait staff. And divine food and perfectly crafted drinks, Blu is a staple for the community.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. Food was exceptional, ambiance was amazing and the service was overall incredible. 10/10 rating for me I will nit pick a bit. It did feel the food took a while to come out, this was a packed restaurant so I can understand it didn’t take super long but the wait was noticeable. However, when the food did come out it was truly amazing. One more thing that I would point out is the seating, especially for the winter months the restaurant is comfortable but when the doors open and you’re having dinner, you do feel that freezing brisk air while you’re dining. However, again this does not take away from the overall experience this is now one of my favorite restaurants.

Everything here is top of the line. The service was exceptional, food quality, options, cocktails, etc. were all something special. We had the chilled lobster app; wagyu skirt steak, shrimp and scallops, truffle fries and kale salad. All winners. Looking forward to going back soon!
