Best dining experience this week in Grand Cayman! First of all, it’s a beautiful restaurant with thoughtfully designed elements in shades of blue. The glass, the plates, the napkins and the attractive open kitchen make for a lovely setting. The wahoo ceviche appetizer was the best we’ve had on the island. The thoughtful Blue cilantro salad had delicious elements and was presented so artfully. My crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was especially delicious, The Infamous Goose. The standout surprise of the evening was the crispy and delicious naan bread served with pear chutney. It was so good we had two baskets of it! The salmon entrée was great and the noodle cake and bok choy served with it were the perfect accompaniments. My husband’s entree, the seafood combination with lobster, shrimp, and mussels in a tasty broth was served with a side of rice, and was simple and delicious. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a yummy slice of cake. End to end it was a memorable dining experience!

amazing and delicious food !! cocktails were great and the staff very attentive. You must get the crab cakes- best I've ever had! The homemade naan was incredible too and you must try the desserts ! we will definitely be returning to your restaurant !!!

A very tasty meal. We loved the breads, the mussels, the salmon and the rack of lamb. On the pricier side, but fine dinning start to finish.

I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars in every category. They went above and beyond to serve my family and especially my 1 and 4 year old. They took extra time to make sure my kids had everything they needed.

Awesome selection of seafood, also steaks and a selection of off-menu Indian which is the best on island. Reasonable wine list, outstanding service.

We ordered three different fish; salmon, snapper, and grouper. They were all fresh and perfectly prepared. Burrata appetizer was fantastic. Ceasars salad was average.

Outstanding food, service and decor. Dining room is impeccably set. Service was attentive and warm. Food was all great. A wonderful experience had by my family of three. Thank you Chef Shetty and his staff!

This restaurant never disappoinnts. The octopus , fois grais and jumbo shrimp appetizers are amazing. You should never pass on their signature cheese bread. It is so different and tasty. The fish dishes are unique as the chef blends his own spices and are always an enhancement to the wonderful fresh poisons. We love the wait staff especially AJ. Thank you for another memorable dining experience.
