Sat down to a table that had been set with HUGE pieces of broken glass on it and around it. Servive was incredibly slow at 5:00 and had to ask for drink refills and water that we never received. Manager only came over at end when we asked , he should’ve checked in after we has to move tables. Never would return.

Our family of four had dinner at this location during the Christmas holiday season. Our server, Eddy ensured we had a great time and we enjoyed our meal. We had Salmon, Chicken and Lobster, food was well seasoned. We will return to this location the next time we visit NYC.

The worst dinner experience in NYC during our trip. The menu is just confusing and very limited. Food quality just average, sushi rice overcooked and without taste. The sky high costs can't just be justified. The place is nice but the service is arrogant. Not recommend.

We were a group of 12 people and we ate upstairs and it was wonderful in every way. We could hear each other talk, it was cozy, the food was good, and the service was good but a little slow. We were not in a hurry, so it didn’t matter, but it was really quite slow. They did ask if we were going to play and we were not so it was not a problem for us. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Service was beyond horrible. It was as if they were caught off guard by the fact that it was busy pre-theatre on a Saturday night during the holiday week. They were constantly confused by our order and were not terribly apologetic for the delay.

A beautiful dining room and ambiance. Very upscale! The food is excellent, which was expected. The difference maker was server Eduardo!! Attentive, professional and Fun! Great ideas for food and wine pairing. He made our evening so much better! Thank you!!

Very disappointed, even for a place convenient to theater. Food was not good, service was poor and there was crab shell in the rice. Go somewhere else.

They kept the noise and crowd controlled so You can enjoy your meal. Wedge salad was good. Shrimp cocktail was a bit overcooked. Miso sea bass was delish. Server was very attentive.
