These are just some of the signature dishes that dot the extensive selection at Darling Harbour’s Blue Fish, an avowedly modern, Australian restaurant that invites diners to enjoy their meal al fresco when the weather’s good. And thank goodness it often is in lucky old Sydney. You’d be forgiven for thinking Blue Fish was exclusively a seafood restaurant, but there’s more on offer here along the Harbourside Promenade. Find them quite rightly by the water in the Harbourside Shopping Centre off Darling Drive.
