We’re more than oysters - we’re Colorado's best seafood restaurant! Opened 2017, this is Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood's flagship location. Our approach is to create honest food and drinks and serve them in a comfortable, casual environment. The restaurant’s culture is inspired by memories of growing up in coastal towns with families of oyster farmers and fishermen. Like them, we strive to bring you superb hospitality and delicious food with a commitment to the freshest seafood at reasonable prices. To ensure this commitment of quality, we’ve partnered with Chris Quartuccio of Blue Island Shellfish Farms in Long Island, NY to bring you nearly daily shipments of seasonal oysters and seafood, offering favorites such as Steamed Mussels, Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, Crab Cakes, and fish like halibut, Atlantic cod and salmon, to name a few. We invite you in for dock-to-dish dining at its best!

    Whether you’re planning a party, a get-together, or something more ambitious, we’re ready willing, and able to take care of everything for you and your guests.     Caviar, King crab, and oysters were all delicious. The dirty martini’s with the truffle salted rim was a great combination. It was a fantastic way to celebrate my sister.

    Jammed in a good way, the place to be. Had a reservation, seated right away. Great drinks, apps, entrees. 5 stars. Brought friends and had a great time.

    A wonderful place to meet friends for happy hour and or dinner. Delicious food and great service. Lots of wine choices. The clam chowder is the best!

    First time for dinner, and the Veterans Day discount was greatly appreciated. But the best part outside of great food was the great service from Randi, she was awesome, and every recommendation was appreciated. Even the white wine she recommended was good, especially considering I don’t usually drink white wine. Be back soon.

    The dinners were amazing and everyone enjoyed them very much. The value was on the expensive side….worth it? That is an individual opinion. Try the sea bass…there are two recipes, one was sort of Asian the other not, we had them both and were very pleased!
