Was informed that they do no accept open table reservations after the reservation had been confirmed through open table. Many open seats at bar were “reserved” -for locals who walked in- and staff was focused on serving locals - tourists largely ignored. Food was served luke warm with fries cold.

Food very good. Dustin our server was excellent. Only complaint is that the on-line presence & menu is outdated. But we eat at Blue Mountain every time we’re in Fort Davis & very much appreciate your being there. Thank you.

our server went above and beyond. the tempura shrimp were fabulously delish but arrived with the jalapeño apricot dip however when i requested an alternative used on a different dish, they made some fresh! wedge salad should be renamed BLT salad because of the extreme amount of bacon,always a winner. truly delicious as well. outdoor experience was great. burger great!

Our second visit. The first being three years ago. We decided to eat at the bar; the dining room was buzzing with chatter from young families. Bartender was very personable. Although very busy, she did a great job taking care of us. I had wings and the homemade blue cheese dressing was excellent. Great place to eat and enjoy the surroundings.

We were seated promptly, and drink orders were taken. It took forever for the waitress to take our food order. I had to ask the waiter for a glass for my beer. The margaritas were not freshly made...tasted like out of a mix. We would have liked a booth back in a corner...our table had a lot of commotion in front of it. The food was very good. We all ordered the Chicken Enchilada dinners. Overall, it felt like the restaurant was understaffed. That wouldn't surprise me...it seems like every restaurant is currently. I would recommend the restaurant...it has a hometown feel.

Wanted to love it. Not an over abundance of restaurants in Ft Davis—and this one has been there a while. Food was ok, nothing special for the price point. Service was a little rough. We watched one couple leave after not being waited on—a second table’s food came out in two shifts. First part of the group was almost finished eating before the other half’s food came out. Fortunately our food came out together.

The brisket and Gouda french fries are out of this world! However, while the green enchiladas are tasty, they will set your mouth on fire; proceed with caution. Nice wine selection. Reservations highly recommended during a holiday event.
