This restaurant is disappointing! Food is average, menu is very limited, and even though the space and service are pleasant, the lack of options make it not worth a return trip.

This was our second visit to Blue. We love pretty much everything about this restaurant. It’s not flashy but service and food are out of this world.

I booked reservations At 9:45pm for Valentine’s Day. It took around 30 minutes for a waitress to come. I understand they were booked and busy so that wasn’t too much of a problem. But when they took our order at 10:15 we didn’t get our food until 11:35 because they said they lost our ticket. Nobody came to check on us periodically, the service was poor, the food was halfway cold, this wasn’t a good experience. Poor management. They are not ready to take their restaurant to the next level.

The food was amazing. The restaurant was not packed when we arrived. Drinks were great also. I ordered the steak and cleaned my plate.

We had Cauliflower steak. It was excellent. Seasoning just right. Not too hot with spices. Would have enjoyed bread with meal. Flat bread maybe . Restaurant was very quiet probably because it was a slow night. Server was prompt and very attentive. Overall a good experience.

We had a spectacular experience. We were outside on the patio with a party of 10. Our group was picky, under a time constraint and lots of separate checks, your typical restaurant nightmare! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very expedient! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal.

We ordered two New York Sours and they were very good! Highly recommend. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms as our appetizer and the filling was very tasty, however, the mushrooms seemed a bit undercooked and lacking flavor. For our main entrees, we had the seafood linguine special and the lamb shank. The seafood linguine was very good, with an ample amount of large shrimp, mussels and clams and the sauce had a nice kick and great flavor. The lamb shank I would not order again as, for me, it lacked seasoning. The sides to this dish, however, which included a polenta cake, spinach and mushrooms were delicious. We went on a Wednesday, late evening, and it was nearly empty, which is understandable, and we were able to have a nice quiet dinner. Service was GREAT

We were pleasantly surprised on our first visit to Blue. I had heard mixed reviews from friends -- but our overall experience was extremely positive. From the added carpet (which considerably helps the noise level) to nice ambience to very attentive and knowledgeable servers to delicious food and drink, we would definitely return. Our dinners were really good -- we had arancini for an appetizer, the catch of the day special (fantastic!), and the profiteroles for dessert (the mint ice cream -- wow!). We were also surprised to learn that the same owner as before has created this new concept. Kudos to him for abandoning the Bistro Aix model. The original Bistro Aix was way too good for him to attempt to replicate -- and we had taken it off our list after having a couple of really bad experiences. Blue, however, will be back on our restaurant rotation.

Had the short rib. It was under seasoned Bathroom was a mess at 6:00 (when we walked in there were three tables seated). Some of the doors were in disrepair. Attention to detail is lacking at this restaurant.
