The food was perfect. We ordered the hot stone beef, it was delivered on a searing hot cast iron. It was quite the display. It would be a really cool dish to impress out of town guests. All of the sushi and cocktails were beautiful and delicious. I expected a more formal atmosphere and was a bit overdressed, but I didn’t feel out of place. It’s totally cool to dress casually, and your experience will still feel special at sushi blue. The decor is super colorful and pleasing. We had a really great meal.
