We Arrived before our reservation, and were promptly seated. But I think we arrived before shift change because we sat for several minutes with no service and we were to only ones seated at a table in the bar. A large party came in after us and were promptly waited on, drink orders taken. 10 minutes later we had drink orders taken and by that time we also ordered food, After that things started to flow ok, the food showed up and was excellent, the service improved, but was never great. The service was fantastic. Ours servers were so nice and fun. They helped us pick some delicious food. My only negative is that the food is very small and very thin cuts of fish for the cost. It was a great experience until we were asked to leave to prepare for the next reservation, even though the entire upstairs was open and we had spent over $200 for our bill at that point. We had actually got our bill and were just finishing up our meal. We have been several times and have enjoyed our experiences each time! This last trip we were with our kids and had a great experience. We tried more adventurous items as well as some that we've fallen in love with before. The atmosphere makes you think you're near Chinatown somewhere, our servers have always been friendly and helpful with narrowing down the huge menu and the food is delicious!
