Bob’s Steak & Chop House – La Costa is a nationally renowned steak house specializing in the finest corn-fed, Midwestern prime beef. The menu formula is simple: incredible meat, gigantic shrimp, fabulous salads and decadent desserts. Classic steak house food prepared and presented in a manner that Bon Appétit calls "the kind of fare you"ll want to go back for again and again."

We dined there with friends. The drinks were good. The appetizers were good. The filets were good but my husband’s steak was terrible. He got the ribeye. He is not one to send it back… but it was not good… and I’m pretty sure we won’t go back anytime soon. Very disappointing. We were there with great company so we did have a good time!

From the greeting at the door, the evening was memorable. But then again at $100 a head, it is expected to be memorable. The quality of the meats and seafood along with the appetizers may get a go to place for us.

Food was Mediocre at best, ambience not great and the prices were outrageous for what we ordered. Would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances

The food service and ambiance is always top notch. Every item our group ordered was the best quality and the preparation was outstanding. Free valet parking is also covered too.

This is my wife and I’s second time having dinner at Bob’s and the whole staff continues to out-do themselves, from the service to the food, everything was amazing. Our server also checked on us frequently but also gave us time to enjoy without interruptions. Kudos to the whole staff at Bob’s!!
