Bob’s Steak & Chop House is a nationally renowned steak house specializing in the finest corn-fed, Midwestern prime beef. Service was great. With the exception of the water boy. He was an older guy that serves water. We spoke to him as he was pouring our water and he didn’t say a word.. He did speak to the couple next to us when he poured their water, so maybe he had an issue with us.. But the waiter was beyond great! (Gentleman’s names started with a D). The other wait staff were good as well. It was just this one guy who almost ruined it for me.. The food was good, my sea bass seemed to be raw in the center but hey it’s fish. My wife’s shrimp was very flavorful… Everything about the place was good… Just the one complaint with the ole water boy and his rudeness.. Other than that, a great dinning experience.

Food was great but felt like the staff constantly tried to upsell the drinks and the food. We’ve been to Bobs many times but never at this location. I can honestly say we will not go back to this location. The service and attention to detail was just not up to the typical level you would normally experience when dining at Bobs

Wonderful experience! We've dined here 17 times over the past 15 yrs. and always find the food and service extraordinary. The speciality steaks are always cooked to perfection. Our restaurant of choice for special occasions!

Our waiter was outstanding!! So knowledgeable of all the food questions we had & his incredible service was always with smile! Food was amazing, rib-eye & rack of lamb was incredible tender & delicious.

Food was amazing as always. You can’t go wrong choosing Bob’s for a quality steak. The service, however, was less than subpar. Our waited forgot an appetizer (the. Tried to charge us for it), and literally argued with me when he placed a ribeye in front of me after I ordered a KC Strip (my strip was in front of my friend and I got his ribeye)…you work in a steak house, know your cuts of beef!
