We had Cici as our waitress and she was excellent. Her service along with the food made our families Christmas Eve dinner special beyond words. We love Bob’s and will be back next year!

We were seated in the back room. Ambiance was just ok. Service was good but not exceptional. At the grapevine location, the manager comes by to make small talk & get to know you. This Fort Worth location the manager didn’t even say hi or ask us how we were doing.

Loved that we were seated in a comfortable place. The food and service was outstanding. My only complaint is the tables are very small, there really isn’t enough room to put what you need/order on there. We were a party of 4 and that made it very difficult.

Great food, great service. It was a bit too dark which made it a challenge to read the menu. Would recommend Bob’s steak and chop house to anyone!

Food was served cold. Steak was good but everything else was bad. Cold carrots, tough skillet potatoes. Definitely below par for this restaurant.
