Bob’s Steak & Chop House specializes in serving big, flavorful steaks that are hand-selected from the top two percent of USDA prime beef along with Texas-sized portions of our award-winning sides. Our mouth-watering, legendary seafood and cuts of meat are absolutely delicious as we use homemade and local ingredients to enhance the flavor of our signature menu items.

Since 1993 in Dallas, Texas, the name “Bob’s” has been synonymous with a best-in-class steakhouse experience. Over the years, we have built upon the reputation we earned at our original Dallas location by opening restaurants across the nation that proudly offer the best cuts of meat available to guests, no matter where they call home. We are proud to be a part of the local Louisville community and bring the highest quality steak and chops to Kentucky.

We carry an extensive wine selection, hand-picked by our in-house wine buyer, and a full bar stocked with local liquor, beer, and wine.

We went to Bob’s for our twentieth anniversary and it was fabulous. We both ordered the filet mignon because the other steak options were ginormous. The service was great, the food was really good, and the overall vibe was celebratory. Since we were staying at the hotel where Bob’s is located, this was an easy way to mark a special occasion.

The whole experience was superior. Service was great. Every item of food ordered was best in class. The room was full, so the noise level was high, but joyful. We will return!

My husband and I had a staycation at the Louisville Omni and ate at Bob's Steakhouse on Nov 1. We had an outstanding waiter Roy, a real sweetheart who gave us outstanding, attentive service. We had the filet with lobster tail and Roy suggested we add the oscar option of crabmeat and asparagus which was delicious. This is the 3rd time in the past months we've eaten at Bob's and every meal including last night is top notch. Thanks Roy for the great service.

Our server, Kyle, was exceptional — friendly, yet gave us the privacy we wanted to enjoy our evening. The rack of lamb and filet mignon were divine. The Manhattan is a must to try. We love coming to Bob’s for the service, the food, and the atmosphere. It is always a treat!

Absolutely wonderful! My wife and I enjoyed eating here for our 25th Anniversary. The young lady waiting on us was very pleasant and our requested both that we made reservations for was ready at the reservation time. The food was succulent and the service was top self. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
