    Amazing, Amazing, Amazing Chiara & Juan, provided the best experience for a wonderful evening with my girlfriend, celebrating her birthday. Chiara, waited on us and made great recommendations as well as made sure we were fine at dinner. Juan then took over when we had drinks at the bar and the great service didn’t stop, let’s just say it flowed. Brilliant highly recommend

    Even though it’s a chain, the place really delivers on quality. Very atmospheric – cozy lighting, live music, and when we visited, a native Italian singer was performing, which added a lovely authentic touch. The food was delicious and well-seasoned, served on elegant tableware. Good selection of drinks too. Prices are in the middle range, but totally fair for what you get. A great spot for a nice evening out with a slightly upscale

    Food tasted terrible, particularly the starters. Wait staff kept throwing dirty plates in a wooden box beside us, which was off putting and also kept making a clattering noise disrupting our dinner. Staff kept trying to clear plates before we were ready. We were also asked to leave as they were closing. Bill came to £450 for 3 people (£50 service charge!, 3 starters, 3 mains and a few bottles of wine). This restaurant is all style over substance and very overpriced.

    The dinner was very lovely and we had an amazing. The staff were very friendly and provided an excellent service. We went on a Friday night, where an acoustic band was advertised. Whilst the performance was enjoyable, it was not an acoustic band, which was a little disappointing.

    I went there for lunch with my friend we do go actually quite often , but this time we decide to try with a set menu for lunch. And omg what an amazing choices for the price. Quality and price and choice altogether very well done to the management team and kitchen. I’m planning on returning with my husband so he can see what delicious food you can get in the middle of the London centre in a high end restaurant with amazing dishes just for £24 Ambience really nice the team members are attentive and friendly

    Service was very unsatisfactory , all servers were not experienced. Food was average, pasta tasteless, asked for gravy several times, delivered when the food was finished. Would not recommended it.

    The food is expensive and really poor quality the truffles were inedible and the food more generally felt like high street Italian restaurant quality . Massively overpriced for low quality food.

    Great vibe, lovely live music and delicious food. The calamari is to die for and the tiramisu is so good. The music was a bit too loud so if you want more of a calm ambience, this isn’t for you.

    The food is good, heartwarming italian but that in itself is why it gets 1 star for value. £200+ for a starter and pasta main with 1 bottle of wine (the cheapest on the menu, the wine list is extortionate, with no value here at all) for 2 is just OTT even at London standards. You can get a much better meal and drinks elsewhere for the same price or less.
