Concepto creado por el Chef Luis Diaz mejor conocido por Cosechas/Espacio Kautiva, un encantador restaurante Criollo Moderno también ubicado en el pueblo de Caguas.

Chef Luis, agrega Bodega a su lista de conceptos y esta listo para despertar tu paladar.

Bodega no sólo es un lugar para satisfacer el hambre, sino un punto de encuentro donde los sabores del mundo se fusionan con la cultura local. El ambiente es acogedor; y refleja la pasión del Chef por la comida, coctelería y buenos vinos.

En su visita, no pueden faltar los chicharrones de conejo, nuestro NY Steak acompañado por churros de malanga y por su puesto, uno de nuestros cocteles en manos de Joafner Marrero también conocido por su pasión y años de experiencia en la coctelería.

Service was very good. I ordered a vodka with orange juice but they do not have orange juice today, so I ordered a beer. Sorry for that. The filet miñon was great and also the black paella. It came with breaded prawns and calamari. For my taste, I would prefer them not breaded because they will maintain the seafood flavor better. Prices are a little high but that’s normal in good restaurants these days. The ambience is great, it seems to be an old house that was remodeled with good taste. You notice the floors that have the original tiles with colors and designs of the 60’s. They offers lunch specials in weekdays and I imagine that the hamburger is the winning bet. I saw many orders served. In the other hand they need to increase their dinner offer because it is somewhat limited. Nevertheless, the flavor of what we ordered was great with a good presentation. Our host was attentive and pending of our table. Good experience!!

Probé el cordero con arroz jazmín y estaba riquísimo. El cordero estaba súper tierno. El postre de chocolate muy bueno y no empalagoso. Mi esposo pidió risotto con ternera. El sabor buenísimo , la ternera pudo haber estado más tierna y menos fibrosa , pero de sabor estaba espectacular. El servicio estuvo sobresaliente. Les deseo el mayor de los éxitos.

Nice experience, wonderful place, nicely decorated, and good food. Also the service was good and creative cocktails. Be aware that the waiter will serve you tab water when he shows to the table that will be charged $4.00 on the ticket.

Live in San Juan and decided to give it a try. All four of us were pleasantly surprise. As per my rating all was good. Owners /chef were very open about feedback. Great job and which you the best. We brought our wine but the do have a nice bar. Will come back and bring more people

We had an amazing experience here in October, but our recent visit was disappointing. The menu changes were not for the better. Additionally, having to confirm our reservation via text message after confirming on OpenTable felt unnecessary. The experience now feels average and no longer justifies the cost.

Excellent afternoon spent with family at this out-of-the-way place in Caguas. The whole experience was very nice, with Ian helping us throughout. The food was delicious and the service very friendly and professional. Will definitely return.
