Concepto creado por el Chef Luis Diaz mejor conocido por Cosechas/Espacio Kautiva, un encantador restaurante Criollo Moderno también ubicado en el pueblo de Caguas.

Bodega no sólo es un lugar para satisfacer el hambre, sino un punto de encuentro donde los sabores del mundo se fusionan con la cultura local. El ambiente es acogedor; y refleja la pasión del Chef por la comida, coctelería y buenos vinos.

As appetizers we had the French Onion soup and the grilled octopus, which were exquisite. Natalia the mixologist prepared great cocktails for us, margaritas and Aviation. For main courses, the lamb and churrasco were delicious and cooked perfectly as requested. Tomás and Diego were our servers and gave us great suggestions and were very diligent and attentive. This is a fine restaurant that was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. The dessert was a key lime cream on crispy “hojaldre”that was superb and great ending to a fine dining experience. Try it for yourself and you will enjoy this culinary trip for sure!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this charming restaurant. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The service was truly exceptional! Our waiter, Paola, impressed us with her extensive knowledge of the menu and its ingredients. She recommended several specials, and what a delightful surprise they were! Each dish was not only creative but also bursting with flavor. Every bite was a testament to the chef's talent and attention to detail.

Second visit and we were impressed again, this time with more calm and with more appetite. We started with the Beef Carpaccio, one of the best I have ever tried, with some sourdough toasts, then we ordered the Grilled Octopus with Szechuan glacé, orange oil, fine herbs with some candied potatoes and A alioli. As main dishes, we spent a while deciding but we went with, Pork Cheeks in its juice, with Aligot (puree) of Yucca and Cheese and Onion Rings and the Filet of Snapper with Celery Mashed with Watercress with Citrus Vinaigrette, additionally to a side of Creamy Rice with White Beans with Aliolo, yes we asked without mercy, but it was worth it. To finish the dessert we recommend the Bodega Sundae, nothing more and nothing less than vanilla gelato, carrot cake and walnuts. We were served very well by a girl called Natalia, although the service is so good that everyone pays attention to the table. We will be back soon.

Our evening at la Bodega was wonderful. The staff was highly attentive to our needs and very accommodating to the fact we were taking our time to place our food order. The food was excellent overall and I would love to come back and try some more dishes. Bodega was very busy (it was a Saturday night) and it was noisy due to a couple of tables with 6+ people, including one next to us, who were rightfully enjoying their evening. I would have liked for things to be quieter because I was very interested in talking to my date for the evening and we are both relatively soft spoken. I would highly recommend Bodega and would love to visit again.
