   The Staff was absolutely amazing and attentive! They made my Husband and I feel very comfortable. The tasting menu was a wonderful new experience for my husband and I and worth every moment. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Boka for making my Husband's and I experience exceptional!

   One of the best meals I ever had, every dish was exceptional. went for a la carte but think the tasting menu would be good too

   We celebrated my birthday, which was acknowledged by the front desk and Benny who attended our table. A lovely surprise was the birthday note on the personalized menu and the personal greeting on the complementary dessert with candle. The food, service, and vibe exceeded my expectations. We had a lovely evening.

   This was our 2nd time visiting. This restaurant is one of our favorites of all time ~ for its warmth, impeccable service, and creative food. Each dish on the tasting has unique flavors, that are wonderfully paired with new & different wines. It’s nice to have a food event of this caliber, but feel casual and fun. Boka is a reason we come to Chicago!

   We were a party of 4, celebrating our friend Amy Helgren’s retirement. There was a special printed menu for Amy, congratulating her, as well as a sweet message written in chocolate on her dessert bowl! Our dinner was exceptional. The detail of service was outstanding. This was a special occasion made even more spectacular with such attention to our party!

   My husband was out of town and I came here alone and dined at the bar. I'm an older woman, therefore used to being treated as if I'm invisible, but that wasn't the case tonight. The waitperson was warm but not intrusive. When she learned my husband was in Germany and I was texting him photos of my meal so I could feel like we were together, she suggested we send him a greeting in chocolate. We decided what to say and she added the message to my dessert. It was so fun and so considerate of her. As for the food, it was flawless. I had the roast chicken. I don't normally order chicken when I eat out, given we so often have it at home, but the prep sounded so good I gave it a try. It may be my new favorite dish at Boka. The crispy skin, the sweet potato puree, the prunes--excellent! I had a liver mousse prior to the main and the dark chocolate dessert. It was all wonderful. My Black Manhattan cocktails were the best Black Manhattans I've had. I live out of town but we make a point of dining here whenever we're in Chicago. The food is top notch, the vibe is low key and friendly. It's not inexpensive, but neither is it as costly as other places that are not nearly as good. And it's very romantic...even for an older woman dining alone while her husband is on another continent.

   We had amazing dinner tonight, we really enjoyed. Our server Diego was awesome. Only thing that I would like is that they update menu from time to time.

    Had my anniversary there. The most up scale place I have ever eaten at. All the staff was very engaging and helpful, while maintaining enough distance to give me and my wife a wonderful evening to ourselves.
