Our menu celebrates the centuries-old tradition of dining and drinking together in Tapas style.     The food is excellent, but the service is extremely poor. I can not recommend the restaurant in good conscience. All I can say is the food is excellent, but the service can be very poor.

    An excellent Spanish style restaurant! Tapas style is small plates shareable with everyone my wife and I had five dishes overall perfect amount our absolute favorite dish of the night was the Chilean Seabass, and the croquettes. Outside dining is far preferred. If you get a chance to sit outside, the heat lamps were just enough to keep us warm for a New Year’s Eve dinner. We definitely will be back again soon!

    Amazing experience! The food and service did not lack despite the holiday rush. We are always impressed but today it was the cherry on top. Our waiter Kirsten provided the best customer service. She gave us great recommendations. She was especially attentive with my daughter and completed her day by asking the chef to whip something special.! I couldn’t be happier, we couldn’t be happier!!! Good way to start the year.. thank you to the Chef, staff and Europa - Bolero restaurant.

    Best food preparation and presentation in Southern California. Service was top notch and ambiance was relaxing. Excellent wine list and seasonal cocktail menu was unique. The absolute best dining experience in So Cal.

    Always an outstanding dinner to mark the holidays with family. Has become our holiday tradition. The paella was fantastic and Tomahawk steak as delicious as ever. Service is excellent every time we choose Bolero for any occasion. Thanks for making our holiday special!

    Everything was great except for the waitress that we have . She was not welcoming . No smile came out of her lips . The rest of the staff were good .
