    Great ambiance, amazing food and fantastic service. We fried the brandy flight which ranges from 10 yr to 30 yr, the experience was fantastic. I also recommend the IPA flight for beer lovers.

    Food and atmosphere was good but the service could have been better. Food restrictions were provided but the waitress forgot. It was my wife’s birthday and the waitress was informed but she wasn’t accommodating….Disappointed to say the least.

    In the beginning, they didn't want to accept my reservation as Standard and tried to sit us outside. Finally, they found a table inside as I was asked via OpenTable and not outdoor. The food was excellent but the noise was unbearable. Not for romantic dinner

    We had a great experience at Bolero. The food was very well made, flavorful and some unique combinations. Pricing to serving size was very good. Plates are generally shareable, but there are some larger selections to have to yourself. The wines were very nice and reasonably priced for the pour. The restaurant lended itself towards casual paced eating. The only negatives are the dirt parking and the table wait. Even though we had a reservation and showed up 15 minutes prior, the wait was a bit long once we were seated and saw so many empty tables and the plethora of wait staff. Didn’t quite add up. Will be back
