BONDST, located in NoHo, is a trendy downtown restaurant with a warm minimalist interior design. The cuisine is new Japanese with European and Asian influences. BONDST is Citysearch's 2007 and 2008 audience award winner for Best Sushi in NYC, as well as the 2008 audience award winner for Best Martini in NYC.

    We come to BondSt now once a year for my wife's birthday, or around her birthday, since around 2017 or so. Without fail, every year is an unforgettable experience - like we are experiencing the magic of the counter for the first time. Thank you!

    A brilliant food and hospitality experience. We sat at the counter and it really was 10/10. We love counter seats to get an insight to the kitchen and the team - this was a brilliant insight with a wonderful team.

    We were excited to dine here, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. While we truly enjoyed the food, the overall service left us disappointed. The atmosphere was disrupted by the sushi chefs, whose constant yelling made it difficult to enjoy our meal. Service was extremely lacking—it took 20 minutes just to place our order, and we only saw our server twice after that, once to deliver the check. No one offered additional drinks or checked in on our meal; we had to flag someone down every time we needed something. We saw our server a total of 3 times. The only bright spot was the attentive busboy, who kept our water glasses full without fail.
