BONDST, located in NoHo, is a trendy downtown restaurant with a warm minimalist interior design. The cuisine is new Japanese with European and Asian influences. BONDST is Citysearch's 2007 and 2008 audience award winner for Best Sushi in NYC, as well as the 2008 audience award winner for Best Martini in NYC.

    They did an amazing job considering its NYE and very popular- the service was Excellent- the food incredible- its a firm NY institution at this point -

    We have gone to BondSt for almost all New Year's Eve dinners since 1998 and it continues to be our favorite. We've also had the pleasure of going there on many other evenings and it can make any meal a special event. We go early because BondSt is popular and can get quite lively. We highly recommend many of the non-fish dishes like the Soba Risotto and Beef Short Rib to be followed by a selection of sushi or sashimi. Last night we had for the first time Rossy Sea Bass sashimi along with the not-to-be-missed Seared Salmon Belly. If you want to try some very special sake, this is the place to do that. Our new favorite is the Kamotsuru “Tokusei Gold” Daiginjo Sake.

    Food was brilliant! This sushi is mouth watering- the specials were amazing. Red snapper carpaccio to tuna truffle tart to the classic menu items of warm mushroom salad to tuna crispy rice to salmon rolls. Lychee martini’s and banana dim sum with chocolate and cream topped off a perfect meal! Service was impeccable, staff warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

    BONDST was one of the most incredible meals I've ever had. I had two of the Shishito Pepper Margaritas which had the perfect spice level. They were so good. I split with my daughter the Wagyu Carpaccio, Toro Tartare with Caviar, Seared Salmon sushi roll, Spicy Tuna sushi roll, Tuna Tarts, Spicy Shrimp, and the Hot Scallop dish. Seriously incredible. Found out the next day that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were eating there at the same time too!!! Such a cool spot. The vibes were immaculate and the food was absolutely incredible.
