The restaurant at Bonnie Springs Ranch serves food fit for a cowboy, delighting the senses of any diner with its wholesome, home style cuisine in its rustic eatery. Bonnie Springs Restaurant serves daily breakfast, with popular options including the chili bean and cheese omelette served with hash browns and fluffy biscuits, the thick sliced French toast cowboy toast with bacon and the wrangler breakfast, with hotcakes, eggs, hash browns and sausage. Dinner entrees, such as the barbecue pork ribs, the Bonnie burger topped with Swiss cheese and bacon and the filet mignon tips served with mushroom sauce and egg noodles, are some of Bonnie Springs RestaurantÕs house specialties. Bonnie Springs Restaurant also has a full kidsÕ menu, as well as decadent homemade desserts, such as the classic apple pie a la mode.
