Borough was created to represent the chefs point of view of simplicity. We are a casual eatery with an ever changing menu that focuses on simple ingredients that are seasonal and sourced locally. This ever changing menu allows our chefs to stay creative with the changing of the seasons and the food that is offered by foragers during them.

Parlour seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

    My husband loved the pan seared with coconut sauce and zucchini. We both would have liked a garden salad option, and another vegetarian main course, like the pasta option but without the protein or a roasted winter vegetable. Nice atmosphere, sound level was perfect t for dinning and conversation. Nice staff.

    We had a great time, the food was great. Our waitress was very nice and sweet. However I am taking a star off service because she removed the plates on our table before we were done with the appetizers. One of the items we had ordered to share was smoked salmon fried dumplings, which came with a dipping sauce. She came over to take the appetizers plates away when we were still eating the dumplings, without asking. She had the plates in her hands before we knew it. At that price point, we do not expect to feel rushed. May have been a rookie mistake from our waitress, who was otherwise lovely and professional. It didn't ruin our experience, we had a great time and loved the food and would go back and would recommend this restaurant. But pointing it out as an opportunity for improvement from wait staff.

    We were pleasantly surprised with our dinner here last night. Ambiance is great and the parlor old fashioned is a must. While the dinner menu is not huge, I felt there were several options I was excited to try. Between the three of us we had the lobster spaghetti, rye cavatelli and the salmon - all excellent. Service was attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend

    Party of 8. The service is awful. Took 45 mins to get first round of drinks out. The staff had to be reminded to take food orders. Food came out sporadically at different intervals. Never had such a bad experience because of poor service. Seems like the staff has never worked in this industry before. The manager could not be bothered. Only after we raised an issue about the service, the staff called the manager. The manager seemed totally unaware that there was any service issue and did not bother to listen to us. He was only interested in walking away and kept saying we will take the drinks off the charges which we did not request. We wanted him to care and listen. The service staff was the same. Absolutely could not care less and completely disengaged. Food was good though but not worth it given the awful service and staff.

    I brought my staff and their partners/spouses to Borough for a holiday meal. Food was fantastic, our waiter was great and added to the experience. Highly recommend.

    The food was good. It is expensive, and it was a little disconcerting when our waiter rolled his eyes when asked to box our one leftover. Valet was not available at the end of the evening (within the closing time) and we were told to find him in the lot in a car with lights on. The only car I could find was a couple making out. Clearly not our valet. And then he was rude. Disappointed.
