Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

    Went for a birthday. Atmosphere and service were great. Decor is fun. Great place if you love whiskey.. Good southern style food, but can be too flavorful or rich if your not used to it.

    Good food and service, but big demerits for the incredibly loud atmosphere (it was Friday evening) that made it difficult to converse with my dining companions, as well as the high cost of the drinks and food. If you can't hear the friends you're dining with, what is the point of going out to eat with them?

    Our server, Christian is incredibly good at his job. Very attentive and he even remembered us from a few months back, that was impressive. One of our guests consumes Coke Zero like it’s the end of the world and Chris was on it every time that a refill was needed. The menu is great and the food is always good. Start with their seasonal soup and go with whatever entree Chris suggests.

    The food was wonderful- the soups, fried pickles, beignets, white fish risotto was amazing. I was disappointed they had run out of mushroom fries at 7 pm. It was loud considering it wasn’t packed. The beer and cocktail selection is limited but the mock tails and whisky options were wonderful.

    Always fantastic experience!! Only change would be to increase the size of the chicken cheese dip appetizer, they have made it too small.

    Our server Bella was amazing! Our food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to watch here

    We were a party of 9 for Sunday brunch, do they seated us in the private whiskey room. It was so lovely to be able to have conversations without the usual restaurant noises. Our server, Natalie, was amazing and made sure all of our needs were handled promptly, efficiently and with a caring, warm and welcoming attitude! The food was amazing!!!! We all ordered different main courses and shared some sweets. Everyone thought the food was wonderful!

    The wife and I and a few friends went here after Supercross. We all had different items. I had the short rib. It was incredible. Perfect cocktails were very good. It was a little costly, but what isn’t these days. Would definitely recommend this place.

    Parking sucks. Had to park 6 blocks away. Food and service were good but probably won’t be back because of the hassle with parking.
