   My partner and I went for the tasting menu brunch. The service was good though a bit over the top. The tasting menu was a pick 3 and the options left a lot to be desired. Many of them were dinner dishes instead of creative breakfast or lunch options. The food was good but nothing incredible. Dessert on the other hand was exceptional.

   I really enjoyed our brunch. I had no idea that it came with an included mimosa and cocktail and all courses were excellent. The mussels were perfection..

   Botanist exemplifies what a 5-star restaurant should be. Friendly service, excellent food, great ambience. We had the tasting menu. Each dish was prepared and presented amazingly. A special call out to our server Jaryd who was very personal and attentive. He even provided suggestions of things to do while in Vancouver. Definitely recommend visiting when in Vancouver.

   Great meal. We had the burrata, the tagliatelle, and the lobster risotto. All delicious, but the tagliatelle was the favorite. Beautiful, innovative food

   From the special warm welcome of the GM to every server, sommelier, and chef, this was an experience we will remember always. The quality of the food, attention to detail, the choreography of the service was superbly planned and executed. Don’t miss a chance to experience Botanist!

   Phenomenal. Menu was fantastic and they accommodate allergies very well! Halibut and chocolate mousse were highlights. The sommelier recommended wine was incredible.

   I found the food to be overly complicated , resulting in muddled flavours. For example the squid starter while interesting , it was hard to taste the squid. Same with the lobster risotto : the risotto and was competent, but not a lot of flavour ,,, the lobster was lost completely with the strong cheese.... room was pretty, but overly loud. Prices were very high.... $250 for one person for lunch with three drinks ....
