Botrini's is one of Greece's most historic Michelin-starred restaurants. We invite you to a journey into the gastronomic universe of Ettore Botrini, Greece's most influential Chef and Nikos Billis.
Through tastes, textures and scents, the journey narrates the culinary origins of the Chefs, their experiences, the nostalgic yet contemporary way they approach Greek tradition, the stories of the places they grew up in: It has references to Corfu, a place of perpetual exchange of culinary influences, to islands where fishermen marinate swordfish in seawater, to ‘tsipouradika’, the simple taverns of Volos that a century ago the Asia Minor refugees brought to their new homeland.
We invite you enjoy the journey in two ways. As an exploration but also as an escape: without a geographical mark or plan. Surrender to your senses, to the smiles of your loved ones, to our hospitality, to the elements of the small gastronomic ritual that will take place at your table.
Truly amazing experience when it comes to food served. Presentation of the dishes was immaculate- the only remark we could have was the fact that the staff was not always able to describe the dishes/ingredients in English.

Outstanding food and excellent atmosphere on this Christmas Eve. Shame they had technical issues which meant they could not find our reservation (despite having a confirmation email - they said it happens often and hence had spare tables - better phone them next time…) and we had to wait almost half an hour to pay because the card reader was not working. We nevertheless had a wonderful time and will be going back.

Fui sola para celebrar mi cumpleaños, hicieron de mi noche un momento muy especial, la atención, la comida; son increíbles. Vale mucho la pena pedir el consejo del somelier para la elección de vinos. Todavía hoy estoy diafrutando casa plato.
