Freshness is tantamount at Bottiglia, from the luscious herb-friendly cuisine to the breathtaking ambiance. Located in the stunning Green Valley Ranch, Bottiglia is an ageless restaurant that offers sophisticated rustic Italian fare, cuisine that is approachable, friendly and savory, as well as a wine list that is robust and unique, giving guests and array of choices of vino from Napa, Sonoma, Italy, France and all around the world. The effervescence of Bottiglia carries over from the bright and lively surroundings, which is appointed with floral prints and decorative touches, to the menu, which is bountiful with antipastas, salads, fresh fish and the housemade pappardelle bolognese. As the kitchen churns out Tuscan-style food, an adjacent patio serves as the focal point of Bottiglia, as it features a soothing fire pit upon entry, helping to create a serene and airy atmosphere that overlooks the calm Las Vegas desert.

    The food and service was excellent as always. The noise level )music) was too loud. Maybe you should lower during the senior time. We will be back.

    Wonderful brunch. Everything from drinks to coffee to apps, mains, and desserts is top shelf. Staff is great. Well organized and efficient. We eat Sunday brunch here every time we come to Vegas. A must experience.

    It is a very good place to have dinner. The one drawback is that it has become very expensive. $26 for lobster bisque!!!! It’s reaching the point that price is an issue for choosing Bottiglia to dine.

    Took advantage of their Sunday 2 for 1 deal. No recognition for birthday noted in reservation. Made to wait 10 minutes despite multiple open tables. Calamari was very good. Salmon tasteless. King Crab bucatini looked great but had absolutely no flavor. Lobster ravioli best meal on the table. Large chicken parm with no complaints from friend . Won’t return

    This was our second visit to Bottiglia. I can honestly say that it was another perfect dinner. Staff is more attentive than any other place I've eaten before. You're greeted by a hostess and they are excellent at making you feel like it was a good choice. Plus it's just classy...The waitress arrives quickly, and get's the order right, while being able to hold a conversation. So many places now don't have a great atmosphere like this restaurant does with it's staff. They seem to want to be there! The food has been excellent each time. I always notice a lot of staff working in the kitchen and behind the scenes. They have hired people that work along side the waitress to quickly remove plates, deliver the food and make sure things are handled quickly. The restaurant itself is very classy and clean. Decorated extremely well. It's really a nice place with a great atmosphere. But you don't feel out of place if you're just looking to hang with family or friends and need to "over do it." Although you could...It is a higher end restaurant with great prices. I personally like it because after gambling or even coming in from home, I don't have to dress to the nines. Nice clothes are worn for sure, but nothing too fancy that makes me not want to go out. It's a good place for old dudes to enjoy. I would 100% recommend Bottiglia to any one who wants an excellent meal served by great staff at decent prices.

    We really wanted to enjoy this restaurant! The hostess and waitress were lovely. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Sadly, most of the food we ordered was very bland. The crab pasta for over $50 had minced bits of crab, not big chunks like we assumed for the price. It wasn’t very good. I had the sea bass … it was tough, not melt in your mouth and a little fishy.. plus it needed sauce… Our kids each had pasta that just had no flavor. We were so sad that we couldn’t love this restaurant.
