Located in the stunning Green Valley Ranch, Bottiglia is an ageless restaurant that offers sophisticated rustic Italian fare, cuisine that is approachable, friendly and savory, as well as a wine list that is robust and unique, giving guests and array of choices of vino from Napa, Sonoma, Italy, France and all around the world. The effervescence of Bottiglia carries over from the bright and lively surroundings, which is appointed with floral prints and decorative touches, to the menu, which is bountiful with antipastas, salads, fresh fish and the housemade pappardelle bolognese. As the kitchen churns out Tuscan-style food, an adjacent patio serves as the focal point of Bottiglia, as it features a soothing fire pit upon entry, helping to create a serene and airy atmosphere that overlooks the calm Las Vegas desert.

This was our second visit to Bottiglia. I can honestly say that it was another perfect dinner. Staff is more attentive than any other place I've eaten before. You're greeted by a hostess and they are excellent at making you feel like it was a good choice. Plus it's just classy...The waitress arrives quickly, and get's the order right, while being able to hold a conversation. So many places now don't have a great atmosphere like this restaurant does with it's staff. They seem to want to be there! The food has been excellent each time. I always notice a lot of staff working in the kitchen and behind the scenes. They have hired people that work along side the waitress to quickly remove plates, deliver the food and make sure things are handled quickly. The restaurant itself is very classy and clean. Decorated extremely well. It's really a nice place with a great atmosphere. But you don't feel out of place if you're just looking to hang with family or friends and need to "over do it." Although you could...It is a higher end restaurant with great prices. I personally like it because after gambling or even coming in from home, I don't have to dress to the nines. Nice clothes are worn for sure, but nothing too fancy that makes me not want to go out. It's a good place for old dudes to enjoy. I would 100% recommend Bottiglia to any one who wants an excellent meal served by great staff at decent prices.

We really wanted to enjoy this restaurant! The hostess and waitress were lovely. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Sadly, most of the food we ordered was very bland. The crab pasta for over $50 had minced bits of crab, not big chunks like we assumed for the price. It wasn’t very good. I had the sea bass … it was tough, not melt in your mouth and a little fishy.. plus it needed sauce… Our kids each had pasta that just had no flavor. We were so sad that we couldn’t love this restaurant.

My husband enjoyed the TV's playing sports throughout the restaurant and I enjoyed watching the chefs create their magic in their kitchen. Dependable food, salads and interesting desserts.

We were a party of 6 and enjoyed our food and drinks. Our server was very attentive. Everything came in a timely manner. Noise level was perfect for holding conversations. Overall we had a great experience!

Bottiglia! Wow! You guys have outdone yourselves! I brought 5 guests with me and they LOVED IT! Food was outstanding! The live music was delightful! The Espresso Martini Tower was icing on the cake! We had such a lovely evening and got the best seat in the house (made reservations a week prior to NYE)! I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for spectacular Italian cuisines and an intimate setting; dates, family get togethers and even a night by yourself. I definitely will be going back! It’s located inside the GVR Casino right at the North Entrance! Easy to get in and out. Love! Love! Love! 10/10 recommend.

Reservations on New Year’s Eve are hard to get for large groups (8) but we had an excellent experience and great service. Combo ban playing while we were eating so somewhat hard to converse but it added to the festive vibe of the night . All in all a very nice evening
