   As a lone diner with a booking, could have offered a more comfortable table in the first instance. Positioned an against a glass partition with a table for two right next to me at the the same level. Felt like we would be watching each other eat or I was invading their date. I had to ask for a bar / chefs table seat which seemed odd. Their signature pork chop was nice but not exceptional, the chop was cooked well, but the accompaniments were overcooked. It was generally a nice experience, but not as good as I was expecting and not michelin food, service or value.

   This is my favorite restaurant by far for an overall wonderful experience, especially for a celebration. The food, the ambience, the service, all come together for a memorable evening. We just went for my mom's 75th birthday, and it was such a nice touch that the staff gave her a beautiful birthday card as we were seated. The interactions with the wait staff feel genuine, the attentive service seals the deal to make this place a do not miss spot. Thank you to Boulevard for creating an elevated dining experience.

   Fantastic 3 course dinner with impeccable service. Everyone went out of their way to help us enjoy our anniversary. The food was superb.

   The 3 course prix fixe menu at Boulevard is a wonderful splurge for a special event. There are 4-6 different choices for each course. The appetizer and main had a selection of meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Each plate had beautiful and delicious garnishes. The service was attentive and professional. On a Monday night, the restaurant was bustling with activity (and a little loud as it got later.) We hadn’t been to Boulevard in about 5 years so it was good to return and find it thriving.

   Boulevard is my new SF favorite. The food was cooked to perfection. The balance of flavors and textures was creative. The service was elegant and educated. I enjoyed every minute of the evening.

   Truly one of the best restaurant experiences in San Francisco or any city - absolute perfect alignment of location, decor, management, service and cuisine. Unquestionably worth every cent and will be a regular destination for us on special occasions for as long as we live in the area. Bravo!

   Lovely Friday night dinner for girlfriends weekend in San Francisco. Beautiful restaurant with nice ambiance. Service was courteous and professional. Sort of like a European dining experience in that we were not rushed through the evening, but just a bit slow for my liking. Food was very good but not great. My two friends loved their meals. Both had the house specialty pork chops. My appetizer was delicious (crab ravioli). Entree and dessert were good (no specific complaints), but not the best meal I’ve ever had.

    I'm so delighted Boulevard has survived through the years--despite the pandemic and other challenges in SF. This place is magical. Each dish that emerges from the kitchen is an art piece. We dined at the chef's counter last night and every morsel was fantastic. This is not an ordinary fine dining restaurant...it is an experience of incredible flavors and unique ingredients. Unforgettable food.
