Join us for an unforgettable evening where Parisian elegance meets culinary excellence, promising you an early start to your New Year’s Eve that is filled with delectable flavors and unparalleled service. Our 1st seating will be $150 per person, not including beverages, tax, and gratuity. We will feature a multi-course Chef's Tasting Menu with enhancements available. There will be a complimentary champagne toast and a parting gift! In the event that you need to cancel, we ask that all cancelations be made by Monday, December 23rd in order to receive a full refund. After the 23rd, they are non-refundable. Reduction in party size will not allow the unused minimum to be applied towards beverage. Your table will be reserved for 2 hours.

We had a table for 3 for lunch to celebrate the holidays and all of us our gluten free. The snapper almandine was incredible! We had the salmon as a shared appetizer too. Everything was delicious!

Really enjoyed Boulon. Had lunch there earlier in the week and came back for Dinner a couple of days later. Service was great both times. Gerry was our waitress for lunch and Cora for dinner. So friendly that I remembered their names. Food is excellent across the menu. Highly recommend.

Martha was a fantastic and hospitable server. Omelette Gruyère and egg Benedict with crab was fantastic. Ambiance is something straight out of a movie. Lots of natural light and great energy. Definitely will come back.

My husband and I had a wonderful Friday night date at Boulon Brasserie in Tampa. The festive glow of Christmas lights along Water Street made the evening feel special, with lively holiday parties filling the larger tables. We were seated in a cozy corner by the window — a quiet escape from the buzz around us. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was kind, attentive, and helped us select a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon that perfectly complemented our meal. We started with the escargot, which felt like a taste of Paris — tender, buttery, and served with flaky puff pastries. For my main course, I had the snapper, and even as someone who doesn’t usually like fish, I loved every bite. Boulon Brasserie is perfect for a romantic date night — great food, thoughtful service, and a warm, lively atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.
