Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. Such a great date night spot. Our server, Jessica, and her assistant, Cameron, were amazing! Impressive bourbon selection with around 650 to choose from as well as an extensive wine list. We love the chilled shrimp 🍤 for a starter. The bread basket is also very nice. The steaks here are absolutely delicious and the chefs do a great job getting it just right. Several options to top your steak as well as a big side menu. The decor is warm & cozy. This location is always packed so definitely recommend a reservation.

We’ve gone to Bourbon and Bones for our anniversary for the last 3 years, usually in Gilbert. We tried the Peoria location as we recently moved and this location is closer. The food is always amazing. Service was excellent. Dane was our server this time and we were very happy with the level of service received. For our choices, pork belly, wagyu filets, lobster mac and cheese and creamed spinach and warm apple crumble. Cocktails are also great! Note: be careful of the frozen rum and coke…it’s dangerous! Highly recommend!!

Steaks, salads and sides for our table and it was all amazing. My old fashioned was a decent amount so I didn't feel too guilty paying the price. Oh, and the deserts were fabulous. Had the bourbon cake, cheesecake and apple crumble for the table. Being presented a case of steak knives to each choose there own was fun!

Food was fine, But charging $3.50 for a Ice Cube... IS UNHEARD OF !! At least where we spend our hard earned cash...😪

This was our third visit to Bourbon and Bones. The first visit was to in dining room and left much to be desired. We were dissatisfied with the service and quality of the food preparation. Our second visit was in the bar and was a much better experience. Service was excellent and food and beverage quality was top-notch. This visit was also in the bar area for dinner. This was even better than our previous visit. Service was outstanding in every respect. From the warm greeting upon entering, excellent service from our server, to follow-up from the on-duty manager, this is how a high-end restaurant should function. The quality of the food and beverages was on par with the outstanding service. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.
