Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. The choice of bourbon flight is excellent but the SASHIMI is TOO Thin for the value of $22 , it didn’t feel the texture at the palate. The steak is excellent cooked medium rare , I will return for the steak not ordering sashimi. I have to admit that the food servers and the entire staff are amazing and attentive . I have a great night!!!

We made our reservation through OpenTable and requested a booth. We also added that we were celebrating my father‘s birthday. From the minute we arrived they were ready for us, knew all about our reservation and sat us in a very comfortable booth. Each person that came by wished my dad a happy birthday. The food was excellent! We had the ribeye, scallops, and the bone in fillet. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! For dessert, the butter cake was to die for. It was a very pleasurable and memorable experience. We will return!

This is our new restaurant of choice for family celebrations and Robert is our server of choice. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and leaves the best impression. All staff acknowledged my mother's birthday, which she loved. The wine list is extensive, and the food was amazing. Our table had the seared wild ahi tuna, kurobuta porkchop and wild jumbo scallops. We started with the fried pesto shrimp appetizer and ended with the lemon cake. Quite possibly the best meal we've ever consumed. Highly recommend.

Different experience than the Scottsdale location, more polished and refined, hard to say that in Peoria when comparing. Server and assistant were quality people. French onion soup tasted terrific but the steaks were exquisite, right up there with Steak 44 and other high end steakhouses in the Phoenix market. Beautiful decor, nice balance of upscale and industrial Texas. Wonderful experience.

First time visiting B&B and on our anniversary so thought we'd give them a try and they didn't disappoint. Reserved booth was ready with zero wait, massive wine and drink menu to satisfy anyone and the dinner menu was full of great options and easy to navigate. Our waiter was very attentive, detailed and timed everything very well and we could just relax and enjoy. A wonderful evening and top notch dining. Highly recommend!

It was our 17th anniversary to celebrate and we requested a special table. It is our first time here and right off the bat exceeded our expectation of making our experience special. I have to say from start to finish the service,food, and ambiance was nothing less than exceptional. We were visiting from out of town and this is a most def to visit when coming in to see our family annually. Thank you so much and hands done THE BEST steak ever had.

It’s a beautiful establishment with a great selection of wine and bourbon and the food is good however; our waitress never checked on us once after she dropped off our food. It was a little odd. I was with a friend that I hadn’t seen in a while and we had a lot of catching up to do so we didn’t come in for a heavy meal. I told the waitress we would start with a glass of wine each, one soup, one salad, and we shared an appetizer and we would possibly order more. But she never came back to check on us. Honestly, if we were super hungry, I would’ve found our waitress, but it was just a little odd.I would expect more from a high-end establishment.
