Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. This was our first time dining at this restaurant and we liked it overall. The food quality was great and it all tasted great. Our only complaint was that it felt a little overpriced. We didn’t buy and alcohol and ordered items that were on the cheaper side for the menu and still ended up paying almost $300 after tip. I would expect those prices at a high end Las Vegas or Scottsdale restaurant. Maybe I’m out of touch.

The superb service, attention to detail, added touches that elevate the dinning experience (selection of knives to choose from for your meal, house made salt varieties to enhance your meal, table side flambé, etc.), and outstanding food quality (best filet mignon I’ve ever had) make this my now favorite restaurant by far. Book your reservations now, you won’t regret it.

Overall, I enjoyed our meal. Our service was on point. Steak was tasty. Dessert was meh. For the money, I'd rather go to one of the other options in Scottsdale.

Food is great we get the Chilean Sea Bass on orzo baked French onion soup always been great we have been there twice and will return , it’s pricey not something we can afford every week cocktails r great also pricey it’s a treat for sure the staff is experienced and they have enough staff

Our server Hunter was amazing and everyone else we interacted with was outstanding as well! The food was to die for and the drinks were great! 10000% worth the money!

For Christmas Eve it was an absolute 10/10 experience. Beautiful atmosphere, and excellent food. Was a classic evening due to the choice of venue. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

It took a very long to get everything. At least 15 minutes just for water, cocktails took longer than expected, and our food took about 40 minutes. The servers were nice and the food was good, but for those kinds of prices, I expect a lot more.

Food was mediocre. Disappointed for Christmas Eve dinner. Server was scripted and impersonal. Her assistant was ridiculous, carnival employee. For the price, best part was cocktails. App, entree and staff = faiil.
