   Excellent dining experience. Reservation was ready and we were seated promptly. Hostesses at the front desk were friendly and courteous. Server was prompt and courteous. The restaurant is well staffed to handle their volume. All the appetizers and entrees were delicious. Portion sie is good. Sazerac was perfect. Desserts were a nice finish for the meal.

   The waitress came to our table maybe twice the entire time we were dining. It took over 30 minutes for her to take our drink order. The table next to us requested the manager because they had not been able to get her attention and place their order. We come to New Orleans once a year and have dinner at Bourbon House every trip- we have always had a very positive experience and this was terrible. The food was fantastic and we were looking forward to having drinks/bourbon tasting but could never get the attention of our waitress to place any further orders. She was rude and seemed annoyed during the minimal time we did have her attention, it was validating to hear another table have a similar experience.

   Excellent Bourbon selection. Food was really good and service extremely attentive. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the Quarter. Will definitely be back. ( I’m a native so it’s a high commitment)

   Gave off cruise ship vibes. Very loud and crowded. Food was fine, but didn’t blow me away.

   Everything was excellent! Delicious food and great company and service. The pork belly appetizer, brussel sprouts and bbq shrimp poor boy are outstanding!

    Our waitress seemed to have half of the tables in the entire place. The food was good but I did find a few scales in my fish.
