Celebrating the ingredients, flavors, and techniques from his heritage, Chef Michael Mina introduces his most personal project yet: My Egypt: Cooking from My Roots. We are excited to share dishes from this new project, inspired by the culinary journey that has shaped Michael into the chef and person he is today. Enjoy our three-course, family-style experience menu curated with our Bourbon Steak favorites along with a few dishes from My Egypt. This experience is for parties of two or more, $125 per person. Optional $25 upgrade to include a copy of My Egypt.

Our server and the floor managers went above a called beyond to make sure we felt Welcomed and taken care of. Class act staff The food was not only delicious. It was better than I remember from previous visits. Shrimp Cocktail with seasoned delightfully, all the appetizers were perfect , and of course my steak was exactly the way I like it . Great job

Food was thoroughly disappointing! Have been there before pandemic many times, quality and service way down, prices way up! Butternut squash soup was lukewarm warm, salty. Lamb chops thin, overdone and labaneh meager. Cowboy steak 20oz was 10oz bone and way too rare. Avoid

“I recently celebrated my birthday at the Four Seasons, and it was a truly delightful experience! The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. To make the evening even more special, they surprised me with a birthday cone covered in sprinkles—it was both delicious and thoughtful! The attention to detail and warm service made my celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience!”

Tomahawk steak was under-seasoned. Duck fat fries aren’t as tasty as they were in 2019. Sommelier was late to serve my wine and was not particularly friendly. The only memorable thing he said was, “Can I take the bottle away?” I probably won’t go back there because I can have better experiences for $500.
