   Tomahawk was $220 and a huge diaspppontvment. Overcooked and heavily smoked, tasted like Brisket. Sides were all good.

   The service was terrible from the start. The hostess was rude and despite a near empty restaurant she sat our party next to another couple that was clearly on a date night. Once we were moved to a new table, we had to ask 4 different people to get drinks. The staff was not well trained. The food was good but the value was not.

   HELLO TEAM IS GREAT. SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. RECEPTION LOVELY. WAITER PERFECT. HE HELP TO PROVIDE WITH CARE DEALING WITH A CRANKY BABY. FOOD IS FRESH . VEGGIES WELL COOKED. NEEDS TO IMPROVE ABOUT THE UMAMI FLAVOR. ALSO THE DESSERTS LITTLE BIT MORE TWIST. SMALL CONES I LOVE IT. WINE SELECTION IS GOOD. I ONLY SEE WINE FOR THE OLD CONTINENT AND CALIFORNIA. CONSIDER GOOD WINES FROM MEXICO LOOK IN PARRAL COAHUILA, THEY HAVE GREAT WINES AND GOOD PRICES. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. COFFEE NEEDS TO IMPROVE THE SOURCE (FROM WHERE) . SUGGESTION INSTITUTE DRIP COFFE IN A SMALL QUANTITIES . A BIG DIFFERENCE. CHEF MINA CAN DO THOSE CHANGES GOOD JOB

   Absolutely one of my favorite places to take my Aunt and Uncle for dinner. We are from out of town and the valley parking is top notch at the Fairmont princess making it easy to get us in and out safely. The Booth seats are in the bar area, outdoor seating can be pleasant depending on day. The dinning room is Elegant, white table clothes, very romantic atmosphere. Service is top on my list, usually four to five servers involved with making our night spectacular. We have been very fortunate to have Alan wait on us, very knowledgeable with what the chef recommends and knows how to accommodate if we have preferences for no garlic with potatoes. He makes the night fun, with fantastic drink recommendations. End the night with sharing desert with a nice espresso, make sure it’s a martini.

   Definitely not up to par with Oceans 44 or even Mastros. My wife and I both ordered pricy steaks (mine was 100 dollars). Both came out in less than 5 minutes from the kitchen and very watery and with no crust / sear. It was obvious they use a sous vid preparation despite it saying “wood fire grill” on the menu. The waiter confirmed this was the cooking technique. It was my fault for not complaining, but also got the vibe that they wouldn’t understand the feedback. I went to their other location in Nashville, and it was significantly better FWIW.

   We had friends visiting from California and brought them to dinner at Bourbon Steak, they loved it! The four of us shared two Tomahawks and they were cooked to perfection! We go back every chance we get, thank you Fairmont Princess for being our neighborhood gem!!

   Bourbon Steak is amazing! We went for a quick dinner before we flew out the next morning. Great wines by the glass. Derrick was our server & he made incredible recommendations.

    Dining at Bourbon Steak was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped inside, the impeccable service set the tone for a truly memorable evening. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of both the menu and the extensive wine list. The food--every bite was a revelation. The flavors were bold yet balanced, the ingredients fresh and thoughtfully combined. We had the Tomahawk Steak, creamed spinach, foie gras, horseradish mashed potatoes, Waldorf salad and each dish was executed with precision and artistry. Beignets for dessert! a decadent finale, was equally impressive. Amuse bouch was a trio of seasoned fries with respective sauces. The ambience was another highlight. The warm, inviting decor and soft lighting created an atmosphere that was both elegant and comfortable. The buzz of conversation added to the charm without feeling overwhelming. Loved the evening.
