Brass Kitchen & Bar is located on Yampa Street in Downtown Steamboat Springs. Chef Ryan Fowler reimagines continental classics as healthful, modern American plates. A diverse selection of artisanal spirits, wines and beers on tap offer the perfect pairing. A staff of career restaurant professionals conveys the hospitality for which Steamboat Springs is famous in an upbeat contemporary, yet warmly inviting space. Conceived as a place where friends and all members of the family are welcome, quality and affordability are core values. Favorites include Cassoulet and Hofbrau Dunkelweiss, and Sriracha Braised Pork Cheeks with dry Riesling or Mezcal.

Happy Hour, 3:30 to 5:30 pm daily, is a time, when locals gather to toast the day's outdoor adventures. The full menu and all beverage are available at a 25% discount.

We welcome your reservation, or invite you to drop by. Bar and table seating is available.

No show reservations will be charged A $25 per person fee.

The service was great and the short ribs were delicious! We had a great meal! We definitely splurged but it was all yummy!

We enjoyed Brass so much we decided to eat here twice during our stay! The food was amazing, the staff were extremely knowledgeable about allergies and the happy hour is a terrific value. We can’t wait to come back!

Went with a group of 6 and shared apps and entrees. Everything was absolutely delicious! Staff were fun, energetic, and customer-focused. Highly recommend Brass Kitchen!

The food was absolutely amazing. With 4 people we were able to try 4 different main dishes, plus shared appetizers. Everything was delicious.

Delicious meal. Very friendly service. The kitchen closes at 9:00 pm so would recommend a reservation before 8:00 pm to not feel rushed.

I wish I could remember the name of our waitress. She was outstanding! The food was very good, but maybe needs a few tweaks. 13-year-old grandson said the duck home fee and vegetables had not been cooked long enough. He is a huge castaway fan, so he knows. The chicken rice soup was excellent, the Aji tuna appetizer also, and burgers very good. If there were a way to give this a 4 1/2, I would.
