Brassa is a new grill restaurant that will offer the best quality meats and freshest seafood from around the world.

The “simply prepared” menu will allow guests to create their dish, with all proteins cooked in a “Candela” charcoal grill. The wine list will be expansive, featuring wines from around the world, and an innovative craft cocktail menu using the best local ingredients will be available. In addition, Brassa will be a social gathering place for the community, suitable for all celebratory occasions.

The design of Brassa is inspired by a contemporary steakhouse, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant will be a social gathering place for the community, suitable for all celebratory occasions or simply for enjoying a delicious meal.

                                                                      Brasso was a fun experience. The food and service exceeded expectations. The new age background music is a bit unusual. Highly enjoyable. Darien was our waiter and did a very nice job.

                                                                      The pineapple dessert was probably the best dessert I’ve ever had on vacation. The steak was excellent (by Chicago standards!). It was a well executed meal and a lovely atmosphere. Nice enough, but NOT stuffy.

                                                                      The staff are pleasant and welcoming The restaurant is dark and echoes Our started were excellent- my wahoo ceviche was perfect tho the portion huge Lovely home baked bread Mains - my husband had filet mignon - he enjoyed it I ordered mahi mahi Didn’t arrive with my husband’s main I had to remind staff to get it Wasn’t nice at all - tough and over cooked; I very politely told the waiter who apologised and took to the chef who did not bother to come out The mashed potatoes delicious Dessert - I ordered ice cream. Asked if we had a choice and told yes so ordered two scoops The bill - firstly we had to ask for a reduction for the mahi mahi - should have been automatic. They did in the end take the whole amount off Ice cream - charged $6 per scoop!!! If I’d known that I’d only have had one. Real rip off $220 total bill incl mahi mahi - for two people. That’s more than I’d pay in london. I’m sure the staff see very little of that (includes mandated 10% tip and 18% local tax) Marriott grossly over charging We didn’t have wine - the other night we had a very nice glass of sparkling white but $14 per glass Shame as we’d had such a wonderful meal the night before at Bamboo. This didn’t compare

                                                                      The value compared to the expense of the restaurant does not match up very well. The wines are overpriced. The meals are overpriced for the value. The atmosphere is very nice. This is my third time visiting.

                                                                      We dined at Brassa to celebrate our honeymoon. This selection did not disappoint at all. The previous two night we dined at La Yola and Jellyfish and neither compared to our experience at Brassa. The food was excellent and the service was top tier. Thank you for making our last dinner in Punta Cana extra special.

                                                                      Great restaurants with great steak. Because of the charcoal grill, staks tasted amazing. Service was impacable.Jason was a great host for our dinner. He made sure we had a great time over t there. We highly recommend this restaurant.
