                                      Great food, service, and ambience!! We went to Brasserie instead of Amalfi because Amalfi was all booked, but we were just as happy with Brasserie. The food and prices suited my family better.

                                      Exceptional food and service. We ordered the Croque Madam and pastry basket. Both were delicious! Highly recommended.

                                      The food was exquisite! We ordered the filet mignon with Bernie sauce, lobster, whipped potatoes, and then topped it off with a chocolate cream Brulé soufflé! it was one of the best dinners I’ve had on the Las Vegas strip. I highly recommend this Bobby Flay‘s restaurant. Bon appétit.

                                      I ordered the american breakfast, and let me tell you it was amazing. The potatoes were different but very tasteful and the bacon was hands down the best bacon I've ever tasted. It is a pricey breakfast but the quality and flavor of the dishes were outstanding. We also had the croque monseiur and again one of the best, and I've tasted once in France and this one is one is the top. The only downside is that the place was kind of empty and for Vegas that is a miss. I hope more people find this restaurant because it is super delish.

                                      I really enjoyed the food. It was well prepared and seasoned. We ordered the NY Strip Steak, salmon, potato chips, Vidalia onion soup, spinach, and mushrooms and shallots. The mushrooms were exceptionally delicious. I will definitely return.

                                      They ran out of chocolate soufflé. The whole reason why we went was for the chocolate soufflé. Server should have asked us if we wanted one when we put an our dinner order.

                                      My sister and I ordered the lobster club w a side of fries. Food took 40 minutes. We had a 12:45 reservation and did not take long to order. At 1:35. we received our sandwiches. A few minutes later the fries arrived. Not impressed w the service, but the food was good. Total bill for 2 sandwiches, 1 side of fries. 1 Diet Coke and 1 pellegrino = $114.
