A converted garage features soaring ceilings, garage doors that open onto the patio and outside bar, with a wood fired grill, raw bar and a vast craft beer list all make for the hottest restaurant on the Eastern Shore. Opened in November 2010, Brasserie Brightwell is located in the Easton Market Square at 206 North Washington Street in historic Easton, MD and serves French-inspired cuisine with an American twist.
