Chef Aless had been cooking French food in NYC at Mon Petit Cafe, her NYC family owned business until 2017. She then opened a successful catering company that's still going strong. She joined forces with her husband Justin a successful NYC restauranteur to create Brasserie. Signature dishes are "Parisian" specialties such as Steak au Poivre, coq au vin and seafood towers. The couple also serves "American" fare with a French twist like the bistro burger and other amazing treats like mussels and fries.

The restaurant vibe and decor is a replica of both Parisian and NYC French brasseries. The hospitality is both inviting and professional.
The food is simply perfection as Chef grew up on her grandparents vineyard in France and French food comes naturally.
